Raúl Pérez Johnston

He holds a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac, a master’s degree from the University of Chicago, and is a doctoral candidate at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. He is a founding partner in charge of the constitutional litigation, human rights, and amparo practice at Pérez Johnston Abogados, S.C.; Vice President of the Instituto Mexicano por el Estado de Derecho (“IMED”); President of the Legal Committee of Tauromaquia Mexicana; member of the Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México; honorary professor and researcher at the Escuela Libre de Derecho; and professor at Universidad Anáhuac in the areas of constitutional law, constitutional procedural law, amparo, and human rights.
