Constitutional Litigation in
Human Rights Matters
Our firm has extensive experience in constitutional litigation, including amparo proceedings before bodies of the Federal Judiciary, as well as constitutional controversies and actions of unconstitutionality before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in addition to handling international human rights proceedings (strategic litigation), primarily within the Inter-American Human Rights System.
çLikewise, in light of the obligations imposed on judges and administrative authorities exercising jurisdictional powers, both at the local and federal levels, regarding diffuse constitutional and conventionality review, we have broad experience advising our clients—both private individuals and public entities—in the defense of human rights before any judicial authority.
